ZOMA Named Green Champion at the 2026 Louth Business Awards
ZOMA has been named Green Champion at the 2026 Louth Business Awards, recognising the Dundalk agency's transparent, measurable approach to sustainability.
At the centre of that approach is ZOMA Sustainability, a bespoke platform designed and built entirely in-house and live now at sustainability.zoma.ie. It lets anyone see the commitments the business has made and the progress it is making against them. The win comes in a big year for ZOMA, which celebrates 10 years in business this November.
The Green Champion award recognises the work behind the platform, from cutting paper use to tracking energy and carbon performance across the business.

Sustainability that doesn't sit on a shelf
Most businesses report on sustainability once a year, in a static report that rarely gets opened again. ZOMA wanted something different: a live, measurable view that the whole team works from every day.
The platform sits at the centre of ZOMA's formal Sustainability Plan. It's where the team assigns actions, tracks progress against objectives and reviews performance, so responsibility is clear and nothing is left until year end. Together with the work of ZOMA's Environmental Ambassador, it keeps sustainability part of everyday decisions, not an annual box-ticking exercise.
The numbers, out in the open
Rather than asking people to take its word for it, ZOMA puts its results on show. Visitors to the platform can see measurable outcomes across environmental, social and governance goals, including:
energy usage 22% below the industry average
a digital carbon footprint of under 1.5 tCO₂e
97% client satisfaction
93% employee retention
more than €60,000 raised for charity over the past three years
12 industry awards
Digital-first by design
Behind those figures are practical changes. Swapping paper for digital workflows, cloud collaboration and electronic approvals has cut ZOMA's paper use by around 90% over the past year. The agency has also moved its web hosting to Smart Host, an Irish provider with sustainability at the core of how it operates.
The benefits go beyond reducing waste. Streamlined processes mean the team spends less time on admin and more time doing great work for clients.
Rooted in Dundalk
For ZOMA, sustainability covers people as well as the planet. The agency is sponsoring Dundalk FC for the second year running and supports Dundalk Chamber, working with them on events such as this year's Masterclass in Leadership. It also recently donated towards a new sensory unit at Dun Dealgan National School, creating a calm and inclusive space for pupils.
Then there's Daffodil Day. ZOMA's annual rooftop fitness challenge has raised funds for the Irish Cancer Society every year for the past three years. Read about this year's record-breaking fundraiser.
Built by the ZOMA team
ZOMA Sustainability is the second major system ZOMA has built for itself in the past year. It follows Zeus, the agency's AI-powered business management platform, which brings CRM, workflow automation, project management and AI assistance together in one place, replacing several third-party tools.
Could it work for your business?
Because ZOMA built the platform from the ground up, it can be tailored for other organisations that want to manage their sustainability strategy, track their targets and share their progress publicly.
