The Brief
The Soul Sanctuary boasts a beautiful sanctuary nestled between the trees, offering a wide range of holistic treatments, mindfulness & positive psychology coaching, and beautiful hand blended aromatherapy products. We were commissioned to create a new website from scratch including an e-commerce platform for selling courses and aromatherapy products as well as developing a booking system for the treatments offered by Soul Sanctuary. We were also responsible for developing all visual content for the site including photography and videography.
Our Approach
The brief was simple - design an intuitive, beautiful, minimal platform that gave the impression of real quality. With a beautiful logo to work off we straight away agreed a pale colour palette would represent this brand in the best way possible. With the sanctuary at the heart of a forest and nature all our shots and imagery were based around this theme, with wood, leaves, flowers, soil used as props in both images and videos.
We developed the site on the Wix platform as it allowed for both e-commerce and booking system elements. It also allowed us to custom design this site to our liking and not be stuck to a theme like other platforms. We could blend images with contrasting colours and fonts across the site to create a thing of beauty.
