The Brief
Ruby Nu Boutique is a luxury women's boutique in Dundalk, County Louth. They source designer labels from New York, Milan, Paris, London & Madrid to provide the latest fashion labels to their client base. ZOMA were commissioned to develop this store from scratch. We created a brand look that was in keeping with the current online fashion market, but also had a luxurious feel, drawing inspiration from brands like Moncho Heredia and Hermes. We designed and built a beautiful E-Commerce platform using Shopify. This platform allows merchants to add their own store, then manage, market and sell their products within the site.
Our Approach
With Ruby Nu's huge content of photography, we felt a website grid style of large images would work great for showcasing their luxurious brands and show the quality of their product and site. For the customer, the website draws influence from the user journey patterns adopted by well known online stores, with multiple filtering layer options and intuitive navigation between both brands and categories of product. The Shopify e-Commerce platform also gives merchants complete control of their shop front, being able to add product ranges, categories and sale items among other features.
We also helped Ruby Nu Boutique secure the Trading Online Voucher and Trading Online Voucher top-up from the Local Enterprise Office.
