The Brief
CTI are Ireland’s largest office furniture retail store, as well as providing services in: IT, CCTV & Security and Office Supplies. With over 30 employees they have offices in Dundalk & Drogheda, providing a nationwide service to all its customers. CTI approached ZOMA in September 2019 with a malfunctioning website and no clear online marketing strategy. We quickly sorted the malfunctioning website and developed a marketing strategy for CTI Business Solutions and CTI Office. After our year end review for 2020, CTI informed us of a 80% increase in leads for their business since changing over to ZOMA in late 2019.
Our Approach
In dealing with the previous malfunctioning site, we quickly switched CTI over to a new web platform and designed a brochure website to showcase their huge portfolio of services and customers. We also developed a brochure website for their CTI Office business which focuses more on walk-in business for office supplies and print.
When we noticed CTI sold second hand furniture on advertising platforms like Done Deal we advised an e-commerce website would make for a great brochure for their second hand furniture collection and generate revenue online and also general leads and inquiries. We developed the CTI Deals site on the Shopify platform using the Warehouse theme, as a large search bar is prominent with this theme and collection filtering systems are very effective in making the user journey to product a breeze.
We also develop visual and print content for CTI an example of our video content can be seen below - a video we developed for Thermal Cameras and how effective they were for businesses, schools and organisations during the pandemic.
We continue to work with CTI in marketing both their CTI, CTI Deals and CTI office sites through Google Ads, Retargeting and Email Marketing Campaigns.
