About the Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our client’s social media presence and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients objectives. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to analyse data and insights will contribute to the success of the social media campaigns and initiatives.

What's involved in this role?

• Create and curate engaging and compelling content, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to different social media channels and target audiences.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring, responding to comments and messages, and actively engaging with our online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, such as product information, company news, customer testimonials, and industry trends, to create timely and relevant social media content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to stay updated and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Coordinate and manage social media campaigns and contests, including influencer collaborations, to drive brand awareness, user-generated content, and audience engagement.
• Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, technologies, and trends to identify new opportunities for reaching and engaging our target audience.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and guidelines for social media marketing and ensure compliance in all social media activities.
• Prepare mood board and story boards for photoshoots
• Support on set of photo and video shoots

Requirements

  • Past experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. (experience preferred, but not essential)

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and community management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style for different social media platforms.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics platforms to manage and measure social media activities.

  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and compelling social media campaigns and content.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry developments.

  • Full Irish driving licence.
