Job Description

ZOMA is looking to add a Advertising Account Executive to our expanding team – one who is passionate about social media, digital marketing and developing brands and has driven excellent results from paid social media campaigns in a previous role.

In this role, you will oversee and manage paid campaigns that generate and nurture results for our clients.

You will be a key player responsible for driving the strategy, execution and optimisation of key integrated paid campaigns to pre-achieve defined KPI's in both B2B and B2C markets, and attend client meetings and analyse, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to continually improve results.

We are looking for someone with a certain attitude - someone with integrity, who is professional, kind, enthusiastic, positive and driven by curiosity who can get stuck in to exciting social campaigns and client meetings immediately.

What's Involved In This Role?

Manage and be responsible for a portfolio of our clients' Google, Facebook and LinkedIn ads accounts including:

  • Setting up ads manager accounts

  • Setting up conversion tracking and integrating pixels

  • Researching keywords, audiences and client competitors

  • Creating target audiences

  • Setting up and launching ad campaigns

  • Copywriting

  • Coordinating the development of ad creative

  • Coordinating the design and development of landing pages

  • Daily management and optimisation of campaigns to improve performance, including split testing

  • Client budget management

  • Creating and presenting monthly reports for clients

  • Client support, answering questions, check-ins, catch-up calls, etc.

  • Providing advice and guidance on marketing strategies​

Base Salary

  • €30,000 - €32,000 per year

If the following sounds like you, you might be the right person for the job:

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Google and Facebook, including setup of advanced features on the platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail

  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales and engaging audiences through paid channels

  • Comfortable switching gears quickly and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • A drive to achieve results with strong numeric ability to drive data-led decisions

  • Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills, particularly to present results and ideas to clients

  • Self-starter who can prioritise and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable with project management across multiple clients and work streams

  • A great understanding of all social media platforms and their advertising formats

  • Experience reporting on both social platforms and Google Analytics

  • Experience managing and forecasting budgets

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • You enjoy learning and following digital trends
