Ads Management Specialist
Full Time, Remote Work

A suitable candidate for this role will have

  • Knowledge and experience in driving sales and leads with digital marketing strategy and implementation

  • Great understanding of Google Ads & Facebook Ads with abilities to run marketing campaigns, setup conversion tracking, Facebook pixels and other advanced marketing features like A/B Split Testing.

  • Familiarity with other paid social ad platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest

  • Experience in Email Marketing Platforms such as Klaviyo or Omnisend

  • Confidence with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Email Analytics, Web Analytics) and experience in producing reports and providing analysis and recommendations on these reports.

  • An eye for Graphic Design and Content Creation

  • Copy-writing skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members & customers

  • Flexibility on working on their own initiative and as part of a team

  • SEO experience (would be looked favorably upon)

Main Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and make recommendations for digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

  • Create and make strategically sound recommendations for website search engine optimisation, including conducting relevant keyword research creating relevant website metadata

  • Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements based upon data analysis

  • Manage or assist with the management of Facebook and other social media advertising campaigns

  • Regularly plan and create engaging email campaigns

  • Create and implement email triggers and automations

  • Provide strategic and tactical level recommendations for clients digital marketing efforts designed to help our clients grow, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions according to client strategies and objectives

  • Consistently think “outside the box” and suggesting better, more efficient ways to execute business operations and provide higher quality output to clients

  • Participate in weekly team project meetings and other strategic meetings as requested

  • Maintain an ongoing task list with priorities and follow up status, consistently and persistently follow up on outstanding items

  • Build a rapport with customers, team members, and colleagues in order to facilitate communication and teamwork
